Shipping & Delivery

We believe getting a big, comfortable couch into your home shouldn't be an Olympic sport. MODAPIONEER ships vacuum-compressed boneless couches straight to your door across the contiguous United States.

Contiguous United States

Standard delivery to eligible contiguous U.S. addresses is free of charge at checkout.

Processing & Transit Times

All orders are stocked domestically and prepared by our U.S. fulfillment network (Pennsylvania & California). Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard transit via FedEx or UPS Ground typically takes 2–5 business days.

Multiple Packages

Oversized modular sectionals (such as our 131" and 146" models) ship in multiple separate packages to make maneuvering through tight hallways and stairwells easier. Boxes may arrive on different days depending on carrier sorting. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

Where We Do Not Ship

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO or military addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Tracking & Support

Automated tracking information is emailed the moment shipping labels are generated. If a package arrives damaged or tracking seems stalled, reach out to our team directly at support@modapioneer-home.com with your order number. A real human will get back to you within 24 business hours.
